What payment methods are accepted?
We dispatch products within 24 working hours from the time you place your order. After dispatch, the typical delivery timeline is 3 to 4 working hours to most locations in India.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If you are not available to receive your order, the courier company will usually make another attempt. You can also contact them directly using the tracking details to reschedule the delivery or arrange to pick it up from their local hub.

To raise a return request, please email us at care@bhavnakalacreations.in. To help us process your request quickly, please include your Order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email.
What are the conditions for a valid return?
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following guidelines:
The product must be unused.
The product must be unwashed and in an undamaged condition.
All original product tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
No, we do not have an exchange policy at this time. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original product (as per our return policy) and place a new order.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or missing item?
For any claims related to receiving a missing item or a wrong product, we require you to share video evidence of unboxing the parcel. This claim must be raised within 24 working hours from the time of delivery by emailing us at care@bhavnakalacreations.in. We may not be able to entertain claims without a valid unboxing video.
