Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds, exchange within 2 days from date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you have purchased on sale, and must be in the original packaging (the item and its packaging should not be tampered with).

You are based on that there may be certain categories of products/items that are exempt from return or refund. Such product(s) (if applicable) will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

The returned product should be in unused condition with the item received and inspected by us. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (exchange). If we send you approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return/exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policy.
